Staying in JSR was a nice experience and Staff of JSR is excellent. I would to mention Preeti at front desk was very helpful, apart from this the stay was very comfortable, I’ll prefer to stay here on next visits to Dehradune and recommend this to others.

Fantastic hospitality. Piyush at front desk , Sammy at the restaurant and bhadari ji the ***ager were phenomenal. Night dinner and drinks were too good. Truly matching our taste . Rooms were clean and tidy . Thank you

We were here as a part of a marriage party.. Rooms are neat and clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning. Good breakfast vegetarian except for eggs. Spread is pretty limited. A convenient place to stay when one is on a short visit.

I booked this hotel for a wedding ceremony for May 2021. Suddenly the peak Covid 19 surge distroyed everything for my family and we had to cancel our plan. The hotel has still kept my 1 lac plus money. They told us to utilise that amount before March 22. We could not do it due to our circumstances. Now we want to avail the services for that amount, which we are not allowed. Was the situation in our hand? If hotel was suffering losses then why our hard earned money should be used to fill the gap? Sad mind set.

Service was very bad, frant desk staff was not supporting. They were not able to give me any satisfactory answer when I asked them about the bills. Every time they told this our policy and even they were not ready to allow this issue with their seniors.

Great entertainment experience,the best corporate facilities and welcome hospitality at an affordable price . Besides corporate traveller's JSR Continental Dehradun is also an ideal base for Young ,trendy traveller's or families looking to discover the city . I conducted mairrage function of my daughter at JSR continental. I stayed here from 8th May 2022 to 12th may 2022, with family members, nears and dears. Rituals started from 9th may including Haldi, Madap, Mehndi, Devta pooja etc. Gala function of mairrage was on 11th for about 180 guests. Though we planned venue and activities in detail, but it was executed by JSR so mateçulosly, with lot of finer details that made whole functions beautiful and cherished that going to last in our memory for longer time. To cite a few ; readiness of every venue, customization of activity as per choice of guest, quick service to rooms, different taste in food to satisfy ones appetite and ***y more. Team was led by Mr Bhandari, who is just not ***ager sitting in office, rather leading from front at every venue. Fir me and my guests, it was home function away from home, in lap of Devbhoomi. A place definitely to revisit. Thanks JSR and team.

We stayed at the hotel for a family function. The staff here are extremely cooperative and hospitable. They made sure that all requests made by the large group were heard and very efficiently addressed. Because of the wedding function there were some very specific requests made by us for the pooja and programs, the cooperation of the staff here to cater to those requests was very impressive. They could have easily denied some things but they tried their best to accommodate all the requests. The hotel itself is very well maintained with spacious, neat and clean rooms. Coming to the food, they have a superb kitchen staff who are experts in cooking delicious indian cuisine. Me taking time to write such a long and detailed review itself gives an indication on how impressed i was with the hotel's ***agement and services. Highly recommended if you are looking for hosting a wedding or any function for that matter.
