Rooms were decent size but overall maintenance was a bit poor with hygiene upgrades needed. Overpriced clearly as rooms of similar size were available at 2k per night over the counter. So we think booking

I wanted to cancel the booking as my previous stay was a bad experience. There were cockroaches and it was unhygienic. However your app did not allow cancellation.

They gave us a very small room and it felt so suffocating. Food was okay, but the amenities weren’t good.

The checkin process was quick but the rooms and bathroom were bad. The bathing area is so small that one person can't even bath properly and there were mosquitoes in the bathroom. The rooms floor was dirty, the furniture really needed renovation, the room lock were not working and there were leakages in the wall which smelled. The staff who dropped our bags in the room was arrogant. I would never stay here again the quality of the rooms shown in photos were completely opposite to our experience.
