***agement is poor fake and cheat. They harassed my guests. They had to wait till 4 pm to check in. During and after event service is really poor. Basic needs like water and Ac was not available. Staff misbehaved with female guests. ***agement is inefficient and unprofessional. They write a essay of false allegations in reply if you give bad reviews about them. Such a bad experience

But you did not co****sate my previous stay at nainital hotel lake and woods. I am expecting 50% refund from you. Nice place to stay at outskirts of dehradun. Clean rooms and tasty food available in this hotel. Staffs are also very professional

Pathetic service offered at the reception counter. Took half an hour to check out, receptionist mixed up room no. And names, kept providing the wrong bill, he had to take 5 printouts to provide me the bill, several times i was provided bill with wrong name and sometimes somebody's else's bill

Hotel is very good, room experience are awesome, cooperative staffs, good in service, food is need to improve, swimming pool is neat and clean, very good room service, location is very good and near to airport

Booked 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Good clean new hotel. A few things like kettle were faulty, but changed immediately. Staff very friendly and customer focused. Would def stay again. Great location too from both rishikesh, haridwar and dehradun airport. Thanks
