I booked a deluxe parent-child room and a deluxe twin room. When I checked in at the front desk, I met a person with a bad attitude. After completing the first facial recognition process and not even giving me the room card, I had to go through all the procedures. I was handed back to the front desk person next door, and then the person behind me was checked in. So I went to the next door to check in and waited for a while but didn't see the front desk. I asked the second person to handle it and he was confused. After asking, the person who handled it before found out that the previous person didn't transfer the information in the system and didn't tell her what to do. What! The second person's attitude and work efficiency were okay, and she got it done right away. However, the room was still wrong when she finally checked in. It was the first person who made the mistake again. I reminded her twice that those with children need a parent-child room. , I don’t know anything about my business level or my ability to guide customers! ! As soon as I entered the room, I found water on the bathroom floor. I asked the waiter to deal with it. She said that this room would leak (room number 1913). The rooms are well-equipped, especially the smart toilet, which can be controlled by voice, very fun and very convenient. The bath water is also very large and hot. There are also small snacks in the room. Breakfast is not bad. It is very good to have such hotel facilities at this price. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have some suggestions: there are many smart devices in the room, but it would be better if you give obvious prompts on the intelligent voice wake-up. After all, the intelligent voice instructions that just opened the door may not be heard. Some elderly people may not be able to master it. I turned on the TV for a long time and didn't turn it on, and then I found it on the smart controller. Overall, it is a very good hotel with a high price/performance ratio.

From Xiamen to Dehua Shiniu Mountain Scenic Spot, I drove by myself and chose this new hotel at the foot of the mountain. The location is very good. The hotel is diagonally opposite to the entrance of the scenic spot. The facilities are very new, the interior design is simple and natural, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk is answerable, and the service consciousness is very strong. If you park, you can use both front and back parking lots. Check out and ask for a parking ticket at the front desk. You can leave before 24:00 on the same day. On the day of arrival of this trip, it was already over 9pm. I checked in after I registered my ID card. The hotel staff was highly efficient as a whole. There was a bar and a small refrigerator in the room. It was just right to put it in because I had not finished eating because I brought the halogen ingredients. There is also a gift of fruit, even if it is an apple or a peach, it feels very warm. Before arriving, there was a telephone consultation with the front desk about whether to build the road, and the reply was very timely. What is worth improving is the breakfast level. There is nothing to eat when I go around 8 in the morning, and the dishes are slightly inferior. It belongs to the standard of a tour group meal, which is simple rice porridge, noodle paste, noodles, pickles, the kind that is cooked on the spot. It would be better if the restaurant part was managed well. The overall five-star praise, I have recommended friends around me to choose here.

I did not experience the newly renovated Mingzhu Building, because when I checked in there were only rooms near the KTV, the front desk was transferred to the State Guest Building, which was fairly quiet. The rooms on the 6th floor of the State Guest are relatively old, and they are really designed in the style of the previous reception leaders, equipped with tables and sofa recliners. The toilet is still a button from the 90s, but it's still clean. The shower facilities are also outdated, the shampoo and shower gel are easy to hang on the wall, and they are also big currency and no brand. The bath water is said to be hot spring water (I thought I could soak in the hot spring before I came here, but it was not a hot spring resort hotel, embarrassing) The hair dryer was brought up temporarily when it was broken, and the service was very attentive. Did not experience the dinner restaurant, it is said that there was a banquet that evening. The breakfast with the youngest daughter is 20 yuan per person. The dishes are more popular. You can cook noodles/noodles, hot milk and soy milk, etc. The side dishes are relatively mediocre, no surprises. What's more generous is the realization of omelette freedom in this hotel! I have been to many hotels. There is absolutely no such situation where the arrogant attitude of the on-site omelette is limited per person. Guests can pick up unlimitedly (of course, even if it is unlimited, 2 will be tired), which is more generous than other hotels, hahaha. The whole is quite satisfactory. There are many academic conferences discussing things in Dehua, and it is said that they all come here. My friend has come to live and recommended it to me. When I arrived at the door, I was amazed. The security guard was very enthusiastic to pull my luggage for me. When I went to the front desk to check in, the front desk guys were very enthusiastic. I went late and arranged the morning service the next day. The guy also woke up on time. When checking out, the beauty at the front desk greeted me warmly and sent a small gift, a personal cup, very beautiful and very characteristic of Meiyuan.
