配套齊全，每層有專門的吸煙室，能滿足客人需要。衞生乾淨，環境不錯。服務態度挺好的。考慮旁邊有工地施工，幫我調換了客房。

從進入酒店開始，無論是前台、清潔、餐廳人員，都給你一種賓至如歸的感覺。前台辦完手續還送到電梯口。退房時還贈送了陸升的小咖啡杯一個。
預約參觀工廠，工作人員早早便在等候，一路講解細緻而耐心。
強烈推薦到德化在此入住。

由於工地正在施工，升級了更大的雙床房，衞生不錯，早餐有點單薄，牛肉羹不錯，如果再來德化的話還會選擇入住。

來德化一定要入住陸升陶瓷酒店，有工作人員帶着講解參觀，整個參觀時間大概20分鐘，對於小朋友來説還是很有趣的
還可以另付38元參加手繪活動，就會得到一個獨一無二的手工盤子或杯子
工作人員很熱情，有贈送水果，房間的飲料和啤酒都是免費的，點外賣也方便，外賣員送到大堂後有機器人幫忙送到房間

這個酒店也是一個很有特色的存在，除了住宿，酒店的餐飲也不錯，西餐和中餐都很在線，樓下的陶瓷商店也有有意思，還可以參觀陶瓷製作流程，小朋友也可以自己來手工DIY一個杯子或者盤子，酒店服務也可以，單是酒店就值得來一趟
