I booked a deluxe parent-child room and a deluxe twin room. When I checked in at the front desk, I met a person with a bad attitude. I was handed back to the front desk person next door, and then the person behind me was checked in. So I went to the next door to check in and waited for a while but didn't see the front desk. I asked the second person to handle it and he was confused. After asking, the person who handled it before found out that the previous person didn't transfer the information in the system and didn't tell her what to do. What! The second person's attitude and work efficiency were okay, and she got it done right away. However, the room was still wrong when she finally checked in. It was the first person who made the mistake again. I reminded her twice that those with children need a parent-child room. , I don’t know anything about my business level or my ability to guide customers! ! As soon as I entered the room, I found water on the bathroom floor. I asked the waiter to deal with it. She said that this room would leak (room number 1913). Average experience! After washing up at night, the bathroom door lock broke and I couldn't get out. I was trapped in the bathroom for more than half an hour in the middle of the night. Living with a family, just close the door after taking a shower. Who would play with the lock when they are full? Bad review!

The buffet breakfast on the second day was quite rich. I especially liked the German noodles and tea eggs. The children also liked the breakfast here. There are also small snacks in the room. Breakfast is not bad. It is very good to have such hotel facilities at this price. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have some suggestions: there are many smart devices in the room, but it would be better if you give obvious prompts on the intelligent voice wake-up. After all, the intelligent voice instructions that just opened the door may not be heard. Some elderly people may not be able to master it. The KTV downstairs was extremely noisy. Calling the front desk was useless. The room facilities were old and there was no shower room. You had to stand on top of the bathtub to take a shower. I was also impressed by Ctrip's four-star standard hotel. The standard room only has a charging port behind the bedside table in the middle. I'm still using a bedside table from 20 years ago with poor lighting control.

If you park, you can use both front and back parking lots. Check out and ask for a parking ticket at the front desk. You can leave before 24:00 on the same day. On the day of arrival of this trip, it was already over 9pm. I checked in after I registered my ID card. The hotel staff was highly efficient as a whole. There was a bar and a small refrigerator in the room. It was just right to put it in because I had not finished eating because I brought the halogen ingredients. Before arriving, there was a telephone consultation with the front desk about whether to build the road, and the reply was very timely. What is worth improving is the breakfast level. There is nothing to eat when I go around 8 in the morning, and the dishes are slightly inferior.
