The agent that checked me in gave incorrect information regarding payment information; when I called to get the situation rectified, the agent I spoke with was short, rude and unprofessional.
Upon entering the room there was a strong odor of uncleanliness, didn’t smell fresh. The bathroom sink was slow the drain and made loud noises; the bathroom slide door was broken and hard to close. Overall terrible experience for the time I stayed during the holiday.
