Staff is friendly, room is clean, standing shower, equipped with all the amenities such as fridge, microwave, flat screen tv etc. The nearest hotel from airport therefore very popular. Eateries nearby. Highly recommended.

Decent motel on the main street in Del Rio. While the hotel got a lot of very good reviews, in the end, the rooms are okay but very old and small and with the parking in the court yard it can be noisy at night. Staff at check in wasn't helpful at all and didn't respond to any of my quite general questions about the hotel, didn't even inform us about breakfast being included.

Whispering Palms was a nicely updated place. The owner was friendly and welcoming, the motel felt safe, the bed was comfortable, and with wifi and a tv, it met our needs for a travel stop in Del Rio.
I wish the toilets had lids and that a recycle bin was offered next to the trash can.

The front desk attendants/owner was super friendly. The building in general is old but so clean inside and out. It looks very well kept up. Hot water with good water pressure is a plus. For this price and location I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for accommodations while in Del Rio. I know under this management I will b back.
