Ibis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby. It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through. Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station. Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft.

The hotel is just right next to the Delft station. Many restaurants in 10 minutes walking distances.

Lovely hotel right by the train station! I come to Delft to visit my son and have stayed at this hotel twice! Best value for money!

The environment is very good and clean. It's right next to the train station. The hotel staff are very nice. What I complain about most is that there is no hot water kettle, but European hotels basically don't have hot water kettles.

Staff were lovely and really helpful. Our travel agent booked the wrong Ibis but this was no issue for them. They rectified the booking and got me checked in. Room was spotless clean and perfect for a two night stay. Breakfast was convenient and just enough for what you need. Again the staff and manageress were lovely and really helpful. A true credit to the hotel. No issues at all with the hotel. Would recommend if visiting Delft.

invoice 2792 I have always chosen Ibis hotels because the chain is reliable, however the branch in DELFT is new, and they need to provide the same standard as all the other branches. This means, they need to have proper HEATING and make sure that it works for the guests when they leave the room in the morning and come back at the end of the working day in the evening. Instead, it did not work and I was freezing cold in the morning and at night. One of the people working at the reception gave me a second duvet, and I slept wrapped like a pig in blankets. Second problem, the threashhold of the door is raised, making it a TRIPPING HAZARD. There is no warning that the threashold of the door is raised and I tripped, hurting myself. When I brought my concerns to the front desk they did not put any hazard tape to alert people of the tripping hazard. Luckily, breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean and spotless.

As I was relocating to Delft for work, I needed a centrally located hotel, convenient to the train station and city center, until my long term lodging was available. Ibis checked all the boxes for a productive yet enjoyable stay. It’s in the perfect location, right next door to the train station and the historic center. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and modern, with excellent amenities. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and furniture. The complimentary coffee and tea station was available at all times. The large common area with WiFi, and a variety of seating options make getting work done easy. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. Fresh baked breads and croissants, Waffle station, hot options, meats and cheeses, fruits, cereals and muesli.

Gives you all that traveler needs. 1) it is right next to train station - you arrive by train and walk right into the hotel. 2) Place is new, everything functions and meets modern demands. 3) Service is efficient. I was in and out of check-in/check-out in one minute. I will not look further in Delft.

Fab place, booked two rooms for our family. Receptionist went to lots of trouble getting them next door to each other, we didn’t even request this. Everything was clean and welcoming, as we expect after staying in ibis hotels. Breakfast was really great - homemade DIY waffles were the highlight. Gluten free bread plentiful and warm for my daughter. Check out was late at 12 which suited us really well, the staff kept our bags at the hotel while we visited delft. Would recommend!

Be prepared to squeegee the flood in the bathroom. I thought it was a mop left by cleaning but I was mistaken. In talking with my colleagues they all received a mop as well. The drainage in the hotel does not exist. Unfortunately guests are forced to deal with a flooded bathroom and try and mop it up.

The bed was very comfy, it’s spacious. But I’m not big fan of that minimalist trend, like the quarter size door in the shower, no closet, microwave, fridge etc. 5 Euros per hour if you need to checkout later than 12. Finally, crew is ok, not the friendliest but not rude.
