The hotel is right outside the train station, so the location is great. It's about a ten-minute walk to the town center. However, the pillow provided on the bed was just a small square throw pillow, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Overall the hotel was generally clean and in a great location, with a lovely view of the canal from the room. The shower was powerful and the room itself was comfortable, but some design choices were impractical — the bedside table made of stacked books looked quirky but offered no usable space. The in‑room drinks setup really let things down. There was only a coffee machine, and the hot water wasn’t hot enough for tea. The only tea options were green tea and Earl Grey, which felt limited. A kettle would have been far more practical. Milk and cups weren’t restocked when the room was cleaned, which added to the frustration. Check‑in felt unwelcoming, which was a shame given how good the location is. With a few improvements to service and basic amenities, the stay could be much better.

The peace and quiet were great, as was the location. The room was very cramped along both long sides, and a pillar on one side was quite annoying. No proper nightstand. No fridge, the air conditioning was bothersome, and there was little storage space or hooks, which definitely needs attention.

I was disappointed that there was no kettle, refrigerator, cutlery, or glasses (there were cups for the bathroom and coffee, though). It would have been nice to have complimentary water, but it seemed like a minimalist service was their policy. The location, however, was incredibly convenient.

A very modern, clean and seems like a new hotel. Location is great, just next to train station. Hotel staffs are not very exactly friendly and helpful in general.

Quite nice place to stay in the heart of delft. Train station is nearby.

Had a short, but eventually nice stay. Very well located so was able to get there late at night , but next to the trainstation so despite the bad weather that night, a nice room with a view made up for that.

Ibis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby. It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through. Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station. Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft.
