We stayed here 3 nights and highly recommend to travelers to Delft. The European breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Our room on the 2nd floor, Room 202, was quiet, overlooking the canal, beautiful view. The room was a bit small for all of our luggage. We appreciated the glass blue and white coffee cups and saucers. The bed was large and comfortable. Makeup mirror in bathroom. The hotel is very clean with interesting historic architecture. The staff was very helpful and professional and made a taxi reservation to the train station because it was raining. We saw the Vermeer Museum and the Delft China Factory as well as the old and new churches and the east gate. We enjoyed the HANNO Groots restaurant. I would recommend washcloths in the bathroom. We could adjust the room temperature for our comfort. Thank-you for a great stay!

Hotel ****naal Delft is simply one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. (Big thank yous to Floor and Roos) Rooms are spacious and ours had floor-to-ceiling windows with heavy blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. I highly recommend getting a canal view room if one is available. The hotel is located a short 5-minute walk to the Delft town square. Far away enough that it was peaceful in the evening. Be sure to rent one of the hotel's bikes for a lovely and easy ride around town. A truly special hotel.

Great stay at ****naal, Delft. Our standout moment was the advice from the concierge at checkin. Thoughtful tips on nearby restaurants suitable for two aged parents with Alzheimer’s. Dementia is now the leading cause of death in the UK, so their dementia-friendliness should stand ****naal in good stead. Spacious, clean rooms with huge windows and superb canal views. Tasty, healthy buffet breakfast alongside eggs ordered with fresh-eyed, helpful waiting staff. Ideal location, close to the stunning old town but not noisy.

What a fabulous place to stay! Some designers did a wonderful job remodeling this place and ended up with a welcoming entrance and comfortable bar… where they also serve a fantastic breakfast. The room was very nice, although small with an excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a good location with a short walk to the main square and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel, nicely located and well appointed. The rooms are very nice and larger than the average European hotel room. Parking is available and a good breakfast is available. It’s only a short walk to the center of Delft. Would definitely stay here again.

the hotel is beautiful. Very stylish and the room was a joy. The front of house staff, mostly rather young, were helpful. my only quibble was the breakfast. I stayed for 3 nights and every morning (and we breakfasted early) it was the same so I felt I could quality control. No Muesli, only sugary granola and cornflakes and a few grains to sprinkle on top of ?what I am not sure!!. no semi skim milk only whole fat (and no obvious alternative), hard prunes and hard apricots (they could have soaked them the night before but did not) and an uninviting small choice of prepared fruit. No artisan bread (it looked good but tasted mass baked). And no staff service without chasing for the cooked breakfast - although when ordered it was not good. I had scrambled eggs one day and they were inedible - so rubbery they could have bounced on the floor. This was a real letdown in an otherwise splendid hotel.

Het was een heerlijke ervaring. Een fijn hotel midden in het centrum. Alles is op loopafstand. Het historische kader is omgetoverd tot een modern hotel. het ontbijt is prima en er is beneden heel veel ruimte. De kamers zijn schoon en modern. Er is ook voldoende parkeerruimte.
