Everything was excellent, from the moment you arrived!
Very simple check-in, the receptionists are friendly and efficient, they all speak good English and are very accommodating. The room was large, clean, quality bedding, beautiful finishes, impeccable shower, soberly decorated and above all very well soundproofed. On the first floor a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. I had a foot massage which was very pleasant.
The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. The buffet dinner as well as the breakfast are plentiful and everything is very good (the vegetarian dishes at least), cooked with care and for all palates.
An excellent experience. I will definitely come back

The standard of cleanliness was absolutely vile. The staff weren’t properly trained and were always causing issues. The food options were extremely limited, was sometimes stale. The professionalism was extremely poor.
Would not recommend at all.

Property is very good. Nice location. Front office department is not upto the mark. Mr.dileep at reception is not a person for Front office department, very rude guy and not at all helpful.

At checking time they take without any reason after that i have go to swimming pool there is no towel after 25 mins somebody come and tell me which room number is yours serioulsy after 25 mins why they are asking to me worst service ever i want refund
