false promises were made at time of booking...later when we went to stay...things were not done...Bad service and no solution to issues. Room rent given but when asked for key in night....was informed that the key is not available but can open by master key...it was wierd...

Diabolical experience. Room stank of cigarettes. When I complained air freshener was applied!I could feel the springs in the mattress poking through. No hand wash soap or towel. The sink was being held up with a piece of wood. The curtains were filthy. Poor breakfast and meals. Own review describes it as a boutique hotel with amazing amenities. No amenities. 2 star at best, run down and over priced.

Pathetic stay ,washroom is not working ,water is leaking from ac when complained they ask to use washroom of another room.I have paid 5000 per night for this nightmare stay don’t book this hotel.When asked for another room they have given small room in 6th floor which was given to ilets training employees

It was as usual a pleasant stay at HOTEL MADHUBAN G K-1. I really like the freshness spread all over the hotel and appreciate the courteous attitude of the staff whether it is at reception, or housekeeping or room service. Check in & check out both were pretty smooth. The room was nice and clean, AC worked nicely , bed was comfortable .The breakfast spread was really good and equally enjoyed the food served by room dining .

This hotel is the best in GK-1, so far we stayed. The rooms are clean and spacious The staff is very honest and helpful. The proximity to almost all the areas in Delhi is very much close by, to this hotel. Though there is not much choice as far as the breakfast is concerned, but overall the services are good and we had no problems at all in any of our stays, as we are patronizing this hotel for several years now. Stayed here for 3 night. The staff was very pleasant & warm & went out of the way to ensure that my stay was comfortable the location of the hotel is & walking distance from the best market's & cafe of the city
