Property is very old and should be called dharamshala... Very poor service. No phone worked, very slow wifi in the age of 5G. property is not maintained. PHOTOS ARE DIFFERENT THAN ACTUAL PROPERTY IMAGES

Front desk did nit have any unfo on my reservation or arrival.
Phone was not un functioning order to call up and ask about directions from airport as cab driver (meru)disnt know.
No kitchen.
A phone number was given to order lunch from oitside.
They took 2 hours to deliver lunch.
No hot water for bath.
Finally ***ges ti give in bucket.
No tissues, sanitizer or dental, shaving kits.
Intercom went out of order.
Had horrible experience.
For anything u ask answer was becauss of covid.
I also know, i can also say same answers but we got to move forward.

It was an amazing experience staying at BMK Hotel amazing rooms with beautiful interior and staff is so friendly and they have made my stay so comfortable I am looking forward to go back to the same hotel again next time …I will consider this is the best and well maintained hotel in this area …

The hotel is closely connected to all the posh areas and makes stay very comfortable with its cordial staff and security. Mr. Jai Prakash , the front desk ***ager is very helpful and always ensures to meet the requirements of guests.
