While this property has a 4 star rating I would classify it is a 3 star hotel. It lacked a standard of cleanliness and upkeep I need to feel truly relaxed in a space. The doors were very heavy to the rooms also and people made noise at all hours of the night. It was a so-so place. Service was great but the included breakfast—the indian food—was not up to standard.

My stay at Shervani Hotel Nehru Place was awesome . It was a lovely stay and overall experience was great. Front Office staff Nibha and Anil were really nice and helpful. Great Hospitality and room was great size + location is good. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

My watch got stolen in the hotel. I stayed there for a day. The air conditioner wasn't working on the first day. We were asked to shift to a new room. During the shifting process, my watch was stolen. On repeated complaints to the ***agement, no action was taken. They constantly kept denying and didn't even try to search. On top of that, they also said that there are cameras in the room so they are sure about watch not being there. This was extremely disturbing to know as it made me question my privacy in the room. This is highly unacceptable to have cameras put up in the room. I do not recommend the hotel at all..please take care of your belongings as things if you happen to book it.

Very nice hotel stay experience. Staff is very polite and cooperative, room service is on point with minimal delays . Unmatchable warmth and hospitality was evident in all employees . Would definitely consider to stay here at all times whenever required .

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff at this hotel. My family referred me to this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I stayed here two separate times for 6 days in October’23. Both rooms I had were super clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed, and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. The staff is very kind and professional. Overall the quality of this place reflects the excellent ***agement. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Some minor issues: 1. the hotel told me in writing twice that they had arranged a taxi to collect us from Delhi airport, but when it came to it, a midnight arrival at airport, no driver. On calling the hotel, reception weren't very useful, said they would send someone but when established would be around half an hour I said to forget it and would arrange something myself. On arrival at hotel, turns out they sent someone when I told them not to. 2. Generally reception weren't too 'on the ball' but polite nonetheless. The above points just a bit frustrating when you have been travelling ***** time, and also when you've been out in Delhi all day, which is quite full on, you just want to come back to somewhere which is easy to navigate. Overall on balance minor points to the whole experience. The room was OK, nothing amazing but decent and clean enough and spacious. Staff were kind and polite. The breakfast room staff were helpful and breakfast options were nice and varied. A good location to get around and close to metro station.
