I came this hotel with my family I enjoyed here with there services and Mr Vipin who is the reception person he was amazing he is a nice person serving hospitality soft spoken I really wants to come again become of him and I recommend everyone to come and enjoy there hospitality Thanx

I am a regular of this hotel this hotel is a comfortable becouse I cames for business meetings and this hotel is in centre of Delhi rooms are comfortable food is also good this time I came for check in Mr vipin was there at the desk with nice personality and knowledgeable he about Delhi

I have stayed in this hotel which is 2 minutes distance from the metro station comfortable stay and staff was friendly Mr Anurag ***ager and vipin at the reception was awesome I happy with there services I recommend to stay and food was awesome

The location of the hotel is a sure winner, close access to the Metro making travel to any part of Delhi easy. Close to Epicure which offers enough eating variety.
The property must ensure that the basic finish is improved, cleanliness needs to improve significantly. Staff are very courteous. Adding a few more female employees shall probably change the service quality standards and customer experience.

Nice hotel to stay at Nehru place, staff is very cooperative, although the checkin was @12:00, but on early arrival and request by me, Mr Vipin considered & allowed me to check in early, value for mone, I had a very pleasant stay over here. Thanks for your good service!!!

Shervani was the first hotel in Delhi and our trip started with it. The hotel is located just 2 mins away from the metro station - Nehru Enclave. The location is excellent and accessible in every way. The hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. We had a great time there. They had arranged for packed breakfast as were leaving early morning for our next destination. The check-in process was smooth. Mr. Dilip Ghosh, took care of our breakfast and attended to our requests. We were glad to stay here. Thank you Shervani.

While this property has a 4 star rating I would classify it is a 3 star hotel. It lacked a standard of cleanliness and upkeep I need to feel truly relaxed in a space. The doors were very heavy to the rooms also and people made noise at all hours of the night. It was a so-so place. Service was great but the included breakfast—the indian food—was not up to standard.

My stay at Shervani Hotel Nehru Place was awesome . It was a lovely stay and overall experience was great. Front Office staff Nibha and Anil were really nice and helpful. Great Hospitality and room was great size + location is good. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

My watch got stolen in the hotel. I stayed there for a day. The air conditioner wasn't working on the first day. We were asked to shift to a new room. During the shifting process, my watch was stolen. On repeated complaints to the ***agement, no action was taken. They constantly kept denying and didn't even try to search. On top of that, they also said that there are cameras in the room so they are sure about watch not being there. This was extremely disturbing to know as it made me question my privacy in the room. This is highly unacceptable to have cameras put up in the room. I do not recommend the hotel at all..please take care of your belongings as things if you happen to book it.
