This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

This is a real real best hotel. The service is very nice. The foods in kitchen are very delicious. Very nice music in kitchen. Personally thank you to Jetendr. Very good guy. Room clean service very nice. Every day clean the room. Thank you for all!!!

In this hotel food was very good and lot of variety in every cuisine but the desk staff is not very helpful and restaurant staff was good and the rooms are clean and specially service by jitendra yadav was exceptional well and front deck does not receive call fast

The meeting room look amazing the meal was very good specially the chicken curry was very tasty the staff were very kind specially Api gaurav gaurav upadhyay they were very helpful and good hospitality which needed in the hospitality industry which we got in ginger East Delhi
