This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

Property did not have renovation since ages. Do not go by the images on aggregator website, they are misleading

I stayed twice this month in Ginger East Delhi, room was ok, but the reception guy staff was nice and polite, 100% attentive, and food was good, and jitendra yadav waiter in restaurant, he's the best,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

My Family stayed with me ,8 days. Food, stay, Hospitality was excellent. Mr Jitender Yadav in restaurant, served the best. Buffe contains puri bhaji, amulet, juices, chole bhature,savan, upma,idli, dosa, bread butter, milk of two types. Every meal was tasty.

Was travelling with an extended family . Stayed @ Ginger Delhi. The service was excellent, food is good . The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Jitendra yadav and ***ish were very service oriented. Ambience of the restaurant is also good.
