Poor behaviour of the receptionist. The room i found in make my trip was completely different than what i got there. They offered me an extremely poor room first in the name of super deluxe room. We requested to change & they gave another one. That was not a super deluxe room too. Just because my booking was on make my trip so they kind of ignored us as guests. Extremely cold rooms with unhealthy atmosphere. Stuffs were not much co-operative. Full waste of money & i am not going to book any hotel through make my trip any more.

Rooms not maintained. Unhygienic room and bathroom. Dirty and rusted fittings in bathroom. Nothing as shown in picture. Reception gave a water bottle and said this is their welcome drink.

From 2014 to 2018 i stayed in this hotel couple of times as it is near to iit and my son was studying there. After a gap of 5 years i stayed there and found it terrible. It seems this hotel has been abondened and deserted. No service nothing. Gurl sitting at the reception has no courtesy to smile even. She is quiet rude in her behaviour. Hotel is already in a worst condition and the staff like this will add to it. Somehow we spent the night there and regretted our decision to book this hotel. Don't waste your money in this hotel.

Hotel has no ventilation, internet doesn't work, only one tv channel work, washrooms are very conjusted, no welcome drink, no indian meal only chinese, pathetic condition

Room was very tired, no ventilation, pathetic bathroom, even no meal available except chinese. Rusted shower, broken jet. I will never book any hotel through make my trip in future
