Overall staff is good, specially Mr parmanand kumar behaviour is very polite and responsible and helpdesk staff is good as I meet with Mr Ankit kumar. Only hotel facilities need to upgrade and update, charges and room facilities not well. Hotel location is good and food quality not upto the mark

Stayed in Rockland Hotel, Panchsheel Enclave. Best hotel, very neat and comfortable. Very hygenic. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Service is too good. Food very good and tasty. Would to specially mention Mr Animesh , FOE, who was very pleasent and courteous and very helpful and very welcoming. Recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I always stay in Hotel Rockland from last one year I always prefer this hotel because of the staff members and best quality food and specially Manager Brijesh Kumar who always help me with my comfort and provide me best room with best service.

Highly recommend with quality service provided by the staff especially Brijesh Sir has been very helpful and dedicated. ***** with his team Have a very good experience and my first choice is always this I have been a regular customer since 2021 and everything is neat and clean as well as delicious food also especially Indian Cuisine.

I was originally concerned about this hotel because some of the negative reviews, but it ended up being one of the best hotels I stayed at in India. The room was very nice. They had hot water. They had a restaurant in the basement with a lot of menu items and a nice buffet breakfast. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. I had a great experience there. Maybe they have done some renovations and made some changes. I highly recommend.

Its wonderful stay Room was clean . Food also good . Every staff ready to attend you with smiling face . All staff good but I am littly impressed by monu rahaman . Good hospitality and service . Recommended this hotel

Very good service. Vishal Kumar was really helpful in cleaning up the rooms, food and general good behaviour. 10/10 recommended. Great location in a posh area. Near chirag delhi gate no 2 metro station

this property is a cheat. mislead against the wrong photo show in a website like Agoda they will confuse your booking with the same name of two properties in the same area. Agoda is equally responsible for such practices
