Harrowing experience upon entering the hotel ( country inn by radisson , satbari, delhi) Feels like a local property Have no idea that radission quality has stooped to this level almost no security at gate No valet to park car Room is apalling even after upgrade Fellow at reception is ***aging the show alone Swimming pool , gym not functional. Whats the point to come here with children if i have to stay in a non airy room which has no view , only housekeeping staff viewing my room since its in the alley Wondering why i made the mistake to come here and celebrate Christmas Its like a graveyard with no occupants except housekeeping staff Customers please stay away from this property Dont get carried away that this is radisson and hence will be good Its like an example of poor hospitality and tarnshing of a brand

A property which makes you experience calm. Vintage feel rooms are amazing. Staff demonstrate willingness to help :-) Food needs to be improved. Especially Breakfast variety and taste was not like Radisson but like an Oyo Townhouse.
