I checked-in at this property on April 7th but had to leave property after founding the poor/terrible conditions of hotel room. It looks like hotel rooms are not maintenance/cleaned. Dust was on the floor, while turning on AC, literally dust was coming on the bed, room mini fridge was not working and was in bad condition. The mentioned amenities(toiletry kit, dental kid etc) were not provided, I asked for complimentary water while leaving the property the same day. The property ***ager said there was maintenance work going on but it doesn't look like, if there was anything.

The hotel is good but the room provided to us was very tiny considering we were three people in one room. It was very congested. Make sure to request them for a big room if they are three occupants. The receptionist mr yunus jaffer, a handsome kashmiri guy is a very good host.

Looking at the picture of the hotel, i booked the room, but here there is nothing in the name of convenience, daily only one item in breakfast and the room is also eating dust.
