Al llegar a las 4:30 PM me pidieron esperar 10 minutos porque las habitaciones aún no estaban listas, siendo que el check in debe ser a las 3 PM… pero esta bien uno puede esperar 10 minutos sin problema… el problema es que me asignan una habitación en el tercer piso que estaba en mantenimiento… se anexan fotografías… luego de eso me pidieron una disculpa y me mandaron al segundo piso a una habitación ya verificada en el segundo piso… ok fuimos y no pasa nada… el problema fue que la habitación tenía 2 camas para mi esposa y para mi!!, yo reserve con una sola cama!, volví a la recepción y la recepcionista no sabía que recamara asignarme! Después de mucho tiempo me bajaron hasta el primer piso!!! Paso casi una hora desde que llegué hasta que me pude instalar!!! Me he hospedado aquí cerca de 15 veces y nunca me había sucedido!!! Terrible experiencia!!! Qué pasa Hotel Casa Grande???

Nos quedamos dos veces en un mes en ambas ocasiones hicimos reserva a través de Expedía, nos dieron la hab 101 y 111. Es notorio el deterioro de las habitaciones, regaderas, extractores, el calefactor hace demasiado ruido y las ventanas no están bien aisladas por tanto se escucha mucho ruido del exterior. Nos quedamos cada año en este hotel y particularmente este año ha sido muy mala la experiencia. Es una lástima porque es un hotel que nos encantaba, el personal es muy amable.

Excelente servicio de parte de todo el personal, muy amables y el restaurante muy rico todo, igual el personal de restaurante muy atentos a todo. Todo muy limpio, las habitaciones en excelentes condiciones. El internet muy rápido, y el estacionamiento muy bien y cerca de la CD.

Excelente lugar para descansar, la cama y ropa de cama muy agradables. Muy rico el desayuno, hasta puedes ir a comer sin necesidad de hospedarte. Sin duda muy recomendable, yo fui solo,.pero el ambiente es muy familiar también. La mejor opción de hospedaje en Delicias.

Sin duda el mejor hotel para hospedarse en Delicias, es el que te ofrece más por tu dinero. Las habitaciones muy amplias, con espacios limpios y la cama muy confortable. El servicio de todos los empleados es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. El buffet desayuno que ofrecen es muy rico y variado. Ampliamente recomendado.
