This was our first visit and it was wonderful! We stayed at the Bear Meadows Lodge and the room was beautiful. There were so many nice little touches that made it special. The hot tub was great, especially after hiking the gorge. There was a great variety of snacks and coffees. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thanks for a great trip to celebrate our anniversary.

The bear mountain lodge is a real gem. We stayed in the Wilderness suite - and this is one of the most romantic rooms we have ever stayed in: lots of dim lights, a jacuzzi, an electrical log burner, comfartable bed, ... The suite is huge and at the same time extremely cozy - the decor gives you the feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere - even though the town is only a 7 minute drive away. Apart from the room / suite, you can also use the upper area to have a drink (free coffee and tea), heat up some food, or enjoy breakfast. There is no served breakfast but you do get muffins, juices, yoghurts, fruits and there are complementary cereals. If you are in the area, a sight detour to Wellsboro is well worth it!

Pleasantly surprised, better than we even expected. Will be back there in a few weeks. Exceptionally Clean, cozy, and comfortable, so inviting. They really pay attention to the little things and It’s the little things that make a big difference Their attention to detail is absolutely top-notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved, loved it!! From the view, to the rooms, the restaurants the activities! Well worth what I paid for. Would most definitely recommend and be back. The ice skating rink was very well maintained. The 1915 restaurant completely delicious and not expensive at all.

I have been to a lot of B&B's and this place is a slice of heaven and by far, the coziest and prettiest. This is a very unique home and you will not be disappointed. So picturesque and exquisitely decorated. Wish it was mine.

Beautiful lodge tucked off Route 6 about 5 miles above Wellsboro, we stayed for 3 nights in the Bear Room, It is a small room made for 2, which was fine by us with a private deck and hot tub. Place was meticulously clean and you have all the amenities and then some....and if you are animal lovers...they have a boatload of chipmunks who will happily visit you.

We stayed at 131 Main. It was super charming. I am not usually one to write a review, but all the little extra touches made it an experience I would want to write about. I wish I lived closer so that I could stay there more often.

What a beautiful place this is. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable. My girlfriend and I needed a weekend away together. This place was recommended to us to go to. We were not disappointed. It's gorgeous. I added a few items to the room to make it more romantic for my girlfriend. The room in of itself makes for a nice romantic getaway. You will not be disappointed.
