Ideally-located hotel in the heart of lovely little Delphi. The room is quite small and basic but who cares when you’ve got a nice little balcony with lovely views down the hill to the water. Gorgeous bar just a few metres across the road and lovely shops nearby. Breakfast dining room and terrace has lovely views too. Breakfast not bad.

En primer lugar, quiero manifestar mi desencanto con Delfos a pesar de ser el ombligo del mundo. Sus ruinas no merecen, desde mi punto de vista un viaje de 5 horas. Dicho esto, el hotel, situado en la calle principal de Delfos, no dispone de aparcamiento, la cual ya dificulta el acceso. Wifi de muy mala calidad, sin restaurante, con desayuno suficiente, habitaciones con baños antiguos y poco funcionales, sin armarios ni espacio para dejar el equipaje, lo único aprovechable son las vistas sobre la costa.

Un hôtel charmant, typique, à la décoration en bois travaillée, qui dégage une ambiance calme et authentique. C'est, d'après le jeune homme rencontré à l'accueil, la 3e génération qui gère l'hôtel. Notre chambre était impeccable, elle respirait le propre. Elle était parfaitement fonctionnelle et avait une vue à couper le souffle, que nous autres en France n'aurions pas de scrupules à facturer 600€/nuit. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et varié, servi dans une salle qui donne sur une terrasse en carrelage rutilant sur laquelle il est plus qu'agréable de savourer un café en regardant la vue. Le restaurant est pourvu de places de parking alentours, certes dures à trouver, mais gratuites. L'hôtel est entouré de boutiques et petits supermarchés où il est possible d'acheter de quoi agrémenter son séjour, ouvertes jusqu'à 23h, du moins c'est le cas en septembre. La salle de bain est totalement propre, fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Petit point d'attention : ils ont une politique d'économie sur l'eau chaude : l'eau chaude n'est disponible qu'à partir de 18h, jusqu'à quand, ça je ne sais pas, sans doute jusqu'à midi.

Hormis le prix attractif, passez votre chemin. La déco est vieillotte, les chambres très mal insonorisées, la clim paresseuse, le petit dej médiocre. Certes la vue est là, mais comme pour tous les établissements de la région. Pire expérience d'hôtel depuis bien longtemps...

We stayed one night as part of a coach tour and the hotel was reasonable although the shower cubicle was perhaps on the small side, but the view from the window down into the valley was spectacular and great to wake up to the sunrise. The breakfast was pretty good and it seems to be a family run hotel with friendly staff.
