The staff was great, unfortunately the room needed updated. The towels were washed but so badly stained, they were rough and discolored. The breakfast was not at all as described and not much to choose from. We booked this hotel because the same franchise was nice in another city, there was no comparison and we were extremely disappointed.

Very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The towels were nice and fluffy, plenty of water pressure and hot water. The bed was quite comfortable to me, but my husband said it was a little hard for his taste. The AC/Heat worked well, and was nice and quiet. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast, as it was basically all sweets. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to friends and family.

We gave it 4 stars, but if they had a 4.5 star rating we would have given it. The only problem was that the exit door at the end of the 1st floor near our room was a bit noisy when it closed. The staff was very nice!

The room was clean, we slept well and took off early the next morning. Breakfast was typical Microtel but the eating area was nice and seemed large enough. Other similar motels have added chocolate batter for the waffles and Pop tarts into their breakfast choices. Appreciated that the lot was well lit—there were a lot of cars there on the night we stayed. Doubt that we will ever be in this town ever again but this is a decent choice.

Decent hotel don't trust pricing or return time-line for refund. Employees were nice but getting almost doubled charged and needing to call and going to call again to get refunded. They upgraded me, wish they wouldn't have feel like they didn't keep pricing right because of it.
