Stayed for three days, very close to the beach. The room layout is also quite reasonable.

Convenient location to beach and Atlantic Ave. Only negative was female front desk worker on checkout who didn’t want to allow a late check out and seemed irritated at the request.

2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Rooms are very quiet even on New Year’s Eve. Free breakfast and coffee in lobby are nice.

This is a DYI hotel.No one at the desk when you arrive.Someone appears from the back. You have to take care of your own luggage. By 7:30 am all the seats at the pool have been reserved by the impolite people that stay there. The breakfast is like a free for all- very little seating for the amount of guests plus it is mediocre.There is not much that was positive. I would never stay there again.
