Aloft Delray Beach

I liked the staff. They were great. The only complaint was the shower and bath had a stopper that was drain stopper that was stuck, so that the water filled up quickly when I was taking a shower. The maintenance man came up and removed the stopper so that I could take a shower.

Great location for visiting Delray Beach Florida as it is only two blocks from the main entertainment area of Atlantic Avenue and only a few blocks from the beach. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a really great staff including Alison at the front desk, both Fara (Pool bar)and Farah, Trevor (?) and the other maintenance person (Sorry I should've written it down but both were extremely helpful) the chef and the food runner in the lobby. The bartenders at night at the WXYZ bar were also top notch as was all the cleaning people my wife & I encountered over our short stay. We are Bonvoy members but this was our first time staying at Aloft. There's kitchy stuff in the room like an old school clock & Marshall Amp that is a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfortable and the room we had was large with a sunken tub with jets. The pool was relaxing with a nice bar adjacent to it. We were there for family stuff, so we didn't use all the amenities but I would stay here again if we ever came to Delray again. Worth the price & the staff did not disappoint. On site parking was available, as well as the aforementioned bar with food.

Came back to room after being gone 7 hours (3:30) Room not cleaned called desk said housekeeping there until 5 asked if they could come at 4:30 so we could get cleaned up 10 minutes later they came sent lady away told to come back at 4:30 left a bottle of water in room no mention of it not being free. Got charged at check out House keeping did not restock our coffee and tea either

Convenient. Nice pool and bar outside pool area. Nice lobby and bar. Good breakfast.

I’ve eaten here before and it’s always been great very tasty food. I really loved the menu and the staff was always very accommodating. Recently the food I ordered was not like how it was in the past. My salad didn’t have all the ingredients in it that the menu listed. They were out of items on the menu as well which surprised us. It seems like it’s changed and going down hill.

This is a good choice in Delray Beach. Newer property 4 blocks from Atlantic and 6 blocks from the wonderful beach. Great pool area and bar, attractive lobby, great value breakfast, $19 a day parking. We paid $243 a night which is about average for this area. Loved Delray Beach.

Great team and great location. My favorite place to stay in Delray.

My room was dirty with trash on the floor when I walked in. My door got jammed on Saturday night. They opened it but it didn't solve the problem of being able to open the door. It kept getting jammed so very inconvenient. And i am sure this is unsolvable but the elevators are way to slow.
