Staff were pleasant and accommodating, room was clean and fresh smelling and they had a security patrol inside and outside of the hotel for safety.

Room OK, except for a single, tiny, thumb- sized bar of soap. Breakfast buffet awful. Day 1, two children (the boy wearing only shorts) used the buffet as a play area, fooling with the utensils, plates, etc, and interfering with guests' access Orange juice was artificial. Day 2, no prepared eggs, sausage patties were rubbery, only packaged pastry. And the same "OJ."

without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. I am a Titanium elite that has never had a complaint in 15 years, nothing but love. This hotel is bizarrely bad. Doors locked, homeless people out front, .8 download speeds on wifi and worst of the worst my A/C was not working, I mentioned it, front desk said the "engineer" fixed it, went to my room and after 5 hours set at 66, it was still 78 in the room. Desk manager insisted it was fixed, had him come to the room, he saw it was 78 and insisted it was fixed but must have broken after the engineer fixed it. Asked to move to another room, he told me I would need to find one on my own. Done with Marriott, straight downhill after buying Starwood- what a shame.

Too many homeless people around. Vehicle in locked compound but the gate wouldn’t lock. Anyone could go in. Local gas station bulletproof, gas very sketchy hotel was well inside, but the neighbourhood was not good.
