terrible hotel. nice rooms and that's it. the staff was offended that you paid by card. owner shouts at staff. this is terrible! on the beach a deckchair on a deckchair. the cleaning ladies shouted at me for an extra towel. no one speaks english. the hotel is very old. in European conditions, a weak 3 stars. much better to stay at Arameras in Ksamil. cheaper and better hotel standard. I don't recommend this to anyone!

I witnessed a hotel guest being accused of stealing a towel. They shouted like that, and when the situation cleared up, no one apologized to them! I warn you against such places. lots of aggression! This is not how you treat guests!! Terrible

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto amplo, limpo, iluminado, Roupas de cama e toalhas perfumadas, Ótimo atendimento em todo hotel, Fomos muito bem atendidos. Estacionamento próprio Hotel com praia privativa, Com espreguiçadeiras aos hóspedes do hotel

Cela fait 3 ans que je viens dans cet hôtel soit en famille soit entre amis. Chambres au top, plage superbe. Le restaurant est très bon et le service de qualité. Hôtel très familial et très agréable pour des vacances reposantes. Je conseille.

We are currently staying at this hotel, as soon as we arrived we were very impressed from the hospitality of the girls in front the cleaniness of the hotel, the greetings and smiles of the restaurant staff. Amazing food and culinary exprerience from the cheff and professionalism of the waiters and Altin. The beach bar offers a veriety of special coctails crafftet by a master bartender and delivered from all the amazing waiters. Highly recoment this establishment as one of the best experiences in Albania. Thank you Sole Luna owners and staff. Not to forget the pizzas are awesome too.

We enjoy our room neer the lovely beach. We had fantastic meal and perfect servis from Soni. He made are evening dinner as an unforgettable experience!!! we also really liked the environment on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, nice music. thank you.

Deliziosa sosta dopo la spiaggia. Ottimo cibo e servizio efficiente e veloce. Il cameriere Soni parla italiano ed è molto simpatico. Consigliamo di fermarsi per pranzo e cena. Ottime le insalate e il risotto e i dolci. Location elegante e accogliente

The rooms are really clean, the reception also is kind and is open to help with everything you ask for. food at the restaurant is delicious and specially the waiter Soni and the personal at the beachbar are extremely friendly. We will come back for sure the next season again.

The location is perfect. The staff was attentive and super kind and helpful and proffesional. Loved the room,super comfy and with a super view from balcony. The girls at receptions were awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options
