As a preamble to my opinion I would like to point out that as part of my professional activity I make nearly 150 nights of reservations in the year (hotels, rooms and guest houses), and whether on a professional or private basis for I have never experienced such inconvenience during my vacation. Likewise, I am not a big fan of opinions on the internet, if I have complaints to make I do so in person and in person to whom it may concern, but I had to share my opinion and of our bitter experience so that it can enlighten future customers and so that such actions stop! Small summary: we were supposed to stay from 08/9 to 08/13 at La Jasoupe: our reservation was confirmed by email by La Jasoupe on August 1 (and also by the ********** site through which I had taken the necessary steps)... On Sunday August 8 in the morning, the day before our arrival, I received a simple text message (what shame and cowardice!!!) of a few lines from a person working at Jasoupe. named Alice E.... that my reservation was no longer valid due to overbooking!!! I let you imagine our amazement and our dismay at this situation in the middle of August, the day before our week of vacation and our arrival. I would like to complete my remarks and emphasize that this person did not even have the courage, nor the decency, nor the politeness, nor the ethics, nor the respect and professionalism to call us to inform us in person of the situation: it's so easy to send a text message... I tried to call on Sunday (while we were at a family party which was, by the way, completely ruined), this person via their cell phone who obviously did not take the care of picking up to answer me, nor respond to my voice messages, nor to my text message. My partner also tried to contact her without success... A simply scandalous attitude!!! The next morning, Monday 9/08, the day of our initial arrival, finally (sic) we were able to get another person on this cell phone, who apparently is replacing maternity leave, but who was unable to answer us, nor provide us with clear and precise information on the origin of this overbooking even though our reservation was confirmed by Jasoupe but our room was already occupied by other people! The irony: this person did not understand why this overbooking had been made knowing that our reservation was made and validated!!! No alternative solution was offered to us in concrete terms... except to consult the website of the real estate agency which manages Jasoupe.... Because it would seem that these so-called houses and rooms of 'guests that if they pride themselves on being one but which in the end are very far from being one, are managed by a real estate firm which is also in charge of the seasonal rental of other may
