Kocaeli gebze den geldim ve çok rahat bulduk giriş yaptığımız gün erken geldik kahvaltı olmamasına rağmen bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler açık büfe sınırsız çeşit çok fazla ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve sevecen hijyenik ben hiç sıkıntı görmedim 4 çayı var onu yedikten sonra akşam yemeğine yer kalmıyor ama zorla yedim 😊 ben hiç bir sıkıntı görmedim gelmek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim pişman olmazsınız termal suyu dışarıdan ek bir su alıyormuş kendi otelden çıkan 75° su veriliyormuş içindeki minareler inşallah hepimize şifa olur ben 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum 👍

Otele ilk defa geliyorum hizmetten çok memnun kaldım. Spa çalışanları güler yüzlü, işlerine olan ilgileri ve profesyonelliğiyle çok yardımcı oldular. Personellerin hepsi güller yüzlü, isteklerimiz anında yerine getirildi, çok mutlu etti. Ayrıca isteklerimiz anında karşılandı.Tekrar gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.
