I was very skeptical about this property as the reviews weren't great, but I went anyway to inquiry and check the rooms. Don't expect luxury, the rooms are basic, but consider this is one of the cheapest options in town, they are quite good. Very good wifi connection, hot water, AC, heater, a balcony and it's conveniently located 5minutes walk from the bus station, 7 from the center and 20 from the beach. Soecial thanks to the receptionist,the kindest and sweetest man on earth. He literally made my stay. And he speaks a good English. I'd happily come back here.
