We came to spend a night in Den Bosch because we went to the wrong party. The room was quite small, but clean and with a wonderful bed. The hotel was also right in the center, which was ideal. You could park opposite the hotel for an affordable rate. The service was excellent. Only saw and spoke to friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied and definitely recommended. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel is located in the center of den Bosch. The client took us to a popular local hotel and spent 300 euros on a very good dinner. The hotel is very clean and well worth staying.

Comfy beds, good shower and good breakfast. Location is really great! We thought the breakfast was a bit pricey.

The hotel is located right in the center, making it easy to discover this beautiful city. You can also park your car in the parking garage opposite the hotel for an additional charge. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. We found the bed and pillow comfortable. A number of minor negatives are: -The closet only had a hanging rack and no shelves to put your folded clothes on - The room had no balcony, only a window that could only be opened in the tilt position - The view from the room was not great, we looked at the parking garage Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our stay! The breakfast is extensive, there is something tasty for everyone. Everything was fresh and it looked neat. Here too a small minus, during the explanation we mentioned white beans in tomato sauce, but unfortunately I did not encounter these, much to my disappointment :p All in all, this hotel is highly recommended if you are looking for a room close to the city!

We stayed in a twin room which was big enough. Windows were facing courtyard which was fine by me as I need my quiet. Beds were very comfortable ( I can be hard to please). Front desk team was amazing and always helpful. Food at the restaurant was not cheap but nice. Buffet breakfast was great!

The hotel itself is quite dated but it is the staff which makes this a nice hotel to stay in. The front of house staff, room service and cleaners are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic- right in the centre of town. The rooms are varied and I would advise to book a better room than the small double room. The gym could do with more weights equipment. Overall, we came for a programme and had a good time here.

Asked for a quiet renovated room, got a view at the back, but not at hotel's fault really, but not soundproof, there is big gap under the front door, so when people talk loud in the corridor, you'd hear everything, even woke up in the middle of the night hearing people argue. Also woke up early, they have thick curtains, but they do let a lot of light through at the sides. The bathroom door is glass, so when you turn on the light, it could wake up your roommate. Aircon worked well, room was spacious, nice furniture and good size table to sit or even dine at. The bedside sweets and lavender was a nice touch. The waterboiler and coffee mugs had stains, the rest of the room was really clean, no dust at all. The brown carpet looks a bit old fashioned. I always find that the bedsheets in hotels rustle more than at home, but that could be me. We had 2 big single beds, but the matrasses didn't seem new, the middle was soft and the sides a bit harder, also creaky sounds when you sit on the bed (and we are small people). Pillows were soft, had 4 of them. We had a mini fridge with a safe on top, which makes the safe really warm, so be careful what you put inside. Big plus was the separate toilet, but it was really small and had no sink. The bathroom was nice, but you have to step into the bath to shower, it had a rainshower, the anti-slip rubber bathmat was a bit dirty, so we didn't use that, waterpressure is low. Dinner at the restaurant was nice, the staff is really friendly. Breakfast was good, all the basic choices of bread, cereal, even soymilk, fresh fruits, juices, yoghurts, crackers and pastries. There is an egg/omelet station with friendly staff, pancakes. The only thing that could be improved is to have an extra coffee/tea machine, as there was only 1 in the back and on the saturday morning there were constant queues. All in all I would recommend coming here as it is right in the centre of the city, you can walk everywhere.

Typical Dutch attitude to customers. Rude & arrogant bar staff when it’s open, don’t expect to get a drink as guest after 10pm as front doors closed and shutters down on bar from back of hotel. Nice work if you can get it!

Toilet filthy Bath dirty and bathroom as well Bed not made up properly. Room not vacuumed properly. I will definitely not visit here again. Very disappointing hofel, especially at the rather steep prices they charge.

The perfect location in Den Bosch; the best view toward Market street, near to stores and restaurants. Just 10 minutes walking from the train station, which is very convenient in Europe. The hotel is very clean, convenient gym, in general the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, safe area, all staff in the front desk is friendly and helpful. The restaurant Brassiere Ce has delicious food and customer service is great. Thank you so much. We felt very comfortable. Definitely, we will back again.
