1. Spinnennetz auf den Lampen. Muss man aufmerksamer reinigen.
2. Shampoo Behälter leer. Muss man aufmerksamer kontrollieren.
3. Es gibt 4 Tücher in dem Badezimmer, aber nur 1 kleiner Hacken. Für 1 Nacht das ist nicht so kritisch, aber Hotel pretend 4 Sterne haben…
4. Das Frühstücksqualität ist am Boden.

Ik boekte een overnachting vanwege de korte fysieke afstand tijdens het werken in de nachtdienst. In het restaurant voorafgaand aan het verblijf een hapje gegeten en erg fijn geholpen door Lisanne. Ze was vriendelijk, had een open uitstraling en toegankelijk voor de gasten. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug.

En dan kom je bij de receptie Margreet tegen! Net als haar collega’s vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam. Service is, net als een goede hotelkamer, even zo belangrijk om je ‘thuis’ te voelen. En dat alles in een prachtige omgeving. Ik zeg; Strik erom!

Na een mooie wandeltocht tijdens de Vestingloop werden we zeer warm welkom geheten door Milou bij de receptie. Ze hielp ons vlug en vertelde alles wat we moesten weten over ons verblijf. De kamer is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fijn verblijf.

Heerlijk weekend gehad. Kamers prima. Lekker gegeten...vooral de asperges, die waren weer heerlijk. Geholpen door Milou...zeer vriendelijk en enthousiast met het geen wat we gingen doen. Ook de pianobar was gezellig. Altijd l euk hoor

Prima overnachting gehad bij de van der Valk hotel in Vught. De bedden lagen goed en de kamer werd goed donker. Kamer werd tussentijds netjes schoongemaakt, ontbijt was goed verzorgd en het eten in het restaurant is lekker. Ook goed gelopen aan de receptie door Milou

Heerlijk bed. Keurige kamer. Keurig hotel , personeel is vriendelijk ( Milou vd receptie) . Schoonmaken kan beter (kamer 134) schimmel in de douche de randen. Stof en vieze spiegel. Muren hebben vieze vegen. Omgeving is perfect dichtbij de natuur, winkels, restaurants.

2 fantastische dagen gehad in een schitterend hotel. Bij de receptie werden we ontvangen door Milou en door haar enthousiaste instelling begon het verblijf al direct goed. ‘S morgens een meer dan prima ontbijt gehad met veel keuze aan lekkere dingen. ‘S avonds een heerlijk diner met erg vriendelijk personeel wat regelmatig kwam vragen of alles naar wens was. Kortom een paar schitterende dagen gehad bij van der Valk in Vught.

Milou had fantastic customer service, very welcoming and helpful. Milou went out of her way to help with my stay. Would definitely come back again and stay at the hotel again. Very happy with the customer service. Milou also informed me about the fitness services I could use on my stay. Thank you for everything.
