We really enjoyed our stay at the Forest Hotel. We loved the theme and the attention to detail. It was central for the train station and town centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was of good variety and quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would come back.

Je zit midden in Den Helder. Parkeren is even zoeken naar een plek waar je langer dan 3 uur mag staan. Maar verder leuk hotel, simpel en niet al te gek.

Hôtel bien tenu avec un staff très aimable et professionnel. Déco agréable, chambre correcte et propre et salle de bains rénovée récemment. Situé en plein cœur du centre-ville. Breakfast correct avec possibilité d’avoir les œufs de son choix et service agréable. Une petite pièce sécurisée est disponible pour y mettre son vélo c’est bien pratique. Les prix restent chers pour un hôtel comme celui-là mais ce sont typiquement les prix pratiqués en Hollande. La ville en elle-même n’est vraiment pas belle à part le quartier de Willemsoord et le port en lui même. Il y a par contre de chouettes parcours à faire à vélo ou à pied dans les dunes et le long de la mer. On recommande plutôt d’aller à Egmond aan Zee et Alkmaar si c’est pour passer du bon temps !

Vriendelijk, warm en heel attent personeel. De kamers en ontbijt waren prima in orde. Zéér goed geslapen. Hotel ligt aan een grote gratis parking. De familie Venus- Bervoets komt nog wel eens terug. ;-)
