The hotel location is amazing, the staff are lovely nothing is to much trouble and they are so friendly. The food is amazing. It is not a dirty hotel just a little tired here and there however there are lots of maintenance people around working quietly and discreetly.
If you are wondering if you should stay here I would just book it, we would definitely come here again.

1. I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night.
2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill.
3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in.
4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last.
5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.

Overall, it was just okay, not as great as described online. The restaurant experience was quite disappointing; the prices were high but the food was very mediocre, almost a rip-off. Since dining is a big part of my vacation experience, this really lowered my overall enjoyment.

We stayed with Hilton Fiji for our Christmas celebration . We were welcomed with good room service, Christmas cookies, surrounded by nice restaurants and water sport. Awesome live music is played at the restaurant during the weekend night when we were there.

Decent enough, Hilton resort. Busy and fast turnaround. You get what you pay for, it’s convenient for the airport for sure. Many alternatives but the whole area is one giant resort.

Great hotel, really good pools, excellent room amenities. Unfortunately, the sea here isn't really suitable for swimming (but that's the case almost everywhere on the main island).
