"1. I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night. 2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill. 3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in. 4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last. 5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad."

"The Sofitel Fiji is in an excellent location and is our top pick in the area. The facilities are perfect for families with kids and seniors, as well as general travelers looking for a vacation. As a large brand hotel, the amenities are comprehensive, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff's service level is exceptional. The breakfast was praised for being plentiful with many choices. This time, our family of nine traveled a long distance to Fiji and stayed in three hotels, and the Sofitel was by far the best choice. Highly recommended."

"The facilities are well-equipped, and all toiletries are provided in the rooms. Each building has an ice maker and water dispenser. The hotel is clean and tidy. The environment is absolutely stunning, with the ocean, palm trees, beach views, and a refreshing pool – it truly captures the island vibe everywhere you look. The service is warm and friendly; you barely need to lift a finger, and you're whisked away on your journey with a chorus of 'Bula!'. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing daily necessities, fruits, and snacks. You can buy Bula Bus tickets at the hotel shop, and a shuttle passes by every 10-15 minutes, stopping at various major hotels to take guests to the pier, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of food, including fresh juices and omelets."

"This hotel is super conveniently located, literally just a 5-minute walk from the port where you can catch boats to the Yasawa Islands. The room itself is large and spacious. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a laundry service (you can send clothes out for cleaning, but it takes a few days, so if you're only staying one night, you won't be able to get laundry done)."

"I originally thought that the renovation in 2014 would be very old, so I was very nervous before setting off. But when I arrived, I found that it was much better than the photos. Spacious, bright and comfortable, perfect for our family. The villa and Sheraton Golf share a front desk, and all hotel facilities are also shared. Everything is great and very suitable for vacation. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. Emele. Tamani, who cleaned our room every day, carefully prepared enough water and tea bags for us. The cleaning was very meticulous and clean, allowing us to have a comfortable holiday."
