All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

It is late autumn now. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, and the temperature is a little lower than that in the city. The air conditioning was set to 29 degrees and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that it was always cold. When I checked out the next day, I mentioned this. The staff said that we have 24-hour service and can send electric heaters at any time by calling at any time. The key is that when I checked in, no one told me that there was no hot air from the air conditioning. The lobby manager sent us to Building B and said that if there was anything, we could call the 24-hour service at any time, but he did not mention that electric heaters could be sent. I woke up at night and didn't know that I could ask the hotel for electric heaters. Another thing is that the facilities are a bit old. There is not even a USB socket on the socket, and the small refrigerator is empty. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel. The hotel front desk is a distance away from Building B. It is far from the parking lot. It is too far to get something from the car, and it is even more inconvenient for the elderly. I suggested to the manager why not open a door on the B building side? The manager said that the hotel occupies too much land. I laughed: It is because of the large area and the long distance that a door should be opened in Building B and several parking spaces should be set up. These are not to find faults, but to give some sincere suggestions. Among so many temples in the country, Shaolin Temple is the most famous. People who travel all over the country and even the world have to come here to see and play. Therefore, hotels in Dengfeng also carry a sense of responsibility. They can't let guests feel that Shaolin Temple is just like that because of the bad accommodation. Huading should not be compared with its peers in Dengfeng, but should be compared with peers from the perspective of the whole province and even the whole country to see where the shortcomings are. As for the solution, it is actually very simple. Just live in someone else's place and you will know where the gap lies. Upgrade the hardware if necessary and revamp the software if necessary. It's just copying homework. It's not complicated.

The room is clean and spacious, facing Shaoshi Mountain. The hotel is quite large, with 3 buildings. After checking in, the waiter led me to the room, and I put down my luggage in the lobby on the first floor and then went to park. It was quite convenient. The hotel is not in the city, and there are not many places to eat nearby. It is a 10-minute drive to the city. The front desk and the auntie are very polite and will take the initiative to say hello. There are welcome fruits when you check in

Marked down on service only because upon arrival we had problems entering the hotel because I'm a foreigner & the lady greeting us was not particularly helpful, however a phone call to the local authority by my Chinese girlfriend sorted things out. Room large, bed very comfortable, shower hot, all very clean. Breakfast is one of the best we've had in a Chinese hotel and these are the first three photos. I'm vegetarian and was delighted to see a wide range of freshly prepared and freshly cooked hot & cold vegetable dishes, all delicious. Our compliments to the kitchen staff who clearly know their business! The last two photos are from a local restaurant not far from hotel, can't remember the name but the entrance is very grand like the Tang gate in Luoyang, restaurant on third floor - superb Henan cuisine.

I took advantage of the weekend to go out for a walk around the area, and chose this hotel as it is close to the scenic spots. The environment looks good from the outside, and the parking lot is large. After entering the store, my first impression was that the service was really good and enthusiastic. The room hygiene conditions were good, and the decoration was Chinese style. The hotel also has free laundry service, which can wash and dry the children's clothes. This service is great. The hotel has complete supporting facilities and equipment, which is really good.

The hotel is very nice, with a good location, close to the highway exit, and not far from the Shaolin Temple and Songshan scenic areas. The room facilities are complete and the decoration is quite new. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the five-grain soy milk is delicious. The waiter is enthusiastic and patient in introducing us to nearby food and travel guides. What's more, someone happened to have a wedding on the day of check-in, and we had the opportunity to visit the wedding room decorated by the hotel. It is very grand,,,

I didn't expect to stay in Dengfeng and feel so clean and fresh. The facilities are very new and hygienic. The breakfast is simple but tastes good. The location is good. You can see it when you get off the highway. The underground parking lot is very spacious. The front desk carefully reminded you to go to the Shaolin Temple. We had to go early, but the children got up late, and the congestion was beyond description. Finally, we went up the Sanhuangzhai and down the mountain from the Shaolin Temple. This route is suitable for mountaineering enthusiasts, otherwise climbing will make you doubt your life.
