I stayed in a room with lounge access. I arrived a little late, and by the time I got to the lounge, most of the food was gone, but it was replenished quickly. I also had a hearty breakfast at the lounge. The honeycomb, in particular, was exceptionally delicious – the best I've ever tasted.

Welcome gifts for small kids.
Room overall is fine, lacking a little lighting for the table for work. (top light).
Otherwise, a good hotel for short stay for pre/post flight.

Staff : polite , friendly , respectful.
Breakfast: variety. Local food with western style.
Location: having speedmart 99 nearby, few local restaurants, mall nearby. 15/20mins to KLIA.
Service: shuttle to KLIA. Best !
Room & amenities : room are clean, bathroom toiletries secure with the lock, feels safe to use, bed is comfortable , hard and soft type of pillows to choose , only the hairdryer suboptimal.
Recommend to try this hotel.

The room is spacious, clean, and bright! The staff are warm and friendly! Almost everyone I encountered had a warm smile, even when passing by in the elevator! There are commercial facilities nearby for simple meals and daily shopping. It's a perfect place for a layover stay.
