When we check in the room got no towel and floor mat. Request at housekeeping took forever to send to us. Room was ok. Maybe will stay there again for 1nite stay

Great location.To improve cleanliness.My room smells cigeratte when I first entered.Got stain at my pillow case.Towel only one in good condition,another one old already☹️I already tired after my checked in due to long flight so no energy to call and waiting for all changes.
