Booked on behalf of a friend who’s planning to have a short nap before early flight. Unfortunately he can’t even sleep. Air condition is jot working, room condition is bad. So sorry for him.

洗漱用品全部沒有，礦泉水也沒有，我訂的有窗户的大床房，到了給安排的卻是一間封閉小黑屋，而且線下還額外收旅遊税費，套餐裏面本身是包含的，建議吉隆坡中轉機想找酒店歇腳的這個酒店避坑

Bolehlah. Bilik tak disediakan kopi/teh suchet dan takde air mineral dan sabun mandi habis pun tak di topup. Tp ada mesin air kat luar tepi lift. Agak berhabuk di bahagian tepi2 dinding. Kertas dinding pun banyak dah tercabut. Tapi kira oklah sbb saya minta tkr bilik dr blok belakang ke blok depan dipenuhi wpun bilik depan ni yg tak sempurna.
