If you love: - Road Noise - Listening to Pedestrians all day and night - Cars coming and going to the Bottle Shop and Pizza place next door all day and night - Dirty and Tiny Bathrooms - Uncomfortable Beds - A small room - Dirty and Old amenities - Uncomfortable (Outdoor Furniture) used inside - Doors and Windows that rattle in the wind Then you have found your dream location Don’t bother raising any concerns with staff though. My wife spoke with the only staff member, who struggles with english, but tries his best, only to have him come to the room with his phone so you can speak with the manager. He couldn’t have cared less, but then to watch the staff member leave and signal someone along the path with a thumbs up. Who turns out was the Manager I was speaking to on the phone says everything about this place. Avoid at all costs

I enjoyed my stay very much. I took a large room with a seafront, nicely laid out, and stayed four nights. Security was laughable, the door to the deck being secured with only a hasp and staple, but otherwise, room was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The location is very convenient.

Stayed 3 nights in an ocean front unit which didn’t appear as the photos suggested on the website. We arrived and spent 40 minutes cleaning the room. Sadly management don’t care about maintenance or ensuring that rooms are cleaned. The kitchen was not clean and exhaust fan needed replacing it was very noisy. The fridge doors and top were dirty . The 2 seater lounge was filthy and took time to clean before I could sit in it. Balcony not swept with sand and dust piled up. The broom provided to keep the room clean was disgusting and I needed to wash it . The location is bad as IGA is next door and all in Denham visit it 7 am til 7 pm and cars are parked all day blocking the actual ocean view. In addition outside the unit access door was the bakery and wood fired pizza shop which also ensure more people are walking by stopping and eating outside the unit 7 am til 8 pm. No chance of a sleep in or quietly relaxing. Don’t stay here save your money and sanity

Very quiet town neat and clean apartments perfect for the 4 of us. Great location as you can walk to pubs and shops

The apartment itself is very nice but it was absolutely filthy. There was also no shampoo/conditioner/body wash and no one around to ask for some. There are lots of signs up around the apartment detailing how guests can incur extra charges, such as not washing up the crockery (which was dirty when we arrived), not taking the bins out, leaving the air con on etc. I would return to the area but would definitely stay somewhere else.

Absolute waterfront, so excellent views. Spacious accomodation. Balcony. Walk to IGA, hotels, Old Pearler Restaurant (must do - beautiful local seafood).
