Denham Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is right by the sea, the hotel also has a small swimming pool, we have dinner at the hotel restaurant, it feels good, next to the gas station and supermarket, very convenient. A washing machine is available in the hotel, but it is only payable by coin. There is free parking.

Called in at the hotel on 4 occasions during our week's stay in Denham. Every time the meals took 50 minutes to arrive after ordering . Don't expect a friendly reception from hotel/bar management- you're not going to get it. The other more junior staff are great. The one time we spoke to the chef he was down right rude. BUT it's still the best place in town. Try it. We'll worth a visit. The food is nice.

My stay was Chalet #11 (one-bedroom) which had a partial view of the ocean and could easily sleep 4 people. I was very pleasantly surprised by how immaculately well-kept, clean and new the inside of the chalet is. As I had to travel all the way from Jurien Bay to Denham, I didn't get in until 5.40pm and Tara left the keys and check-in form for me, attached to the front door of the admin office. Kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and microwave. Complimentary teabags and instant coffees. Adequate toiletries, towels and amenities were provided. I was surprised to find a hair dryer too! There's even a separate sink you can wash your bathers in. TV reception was a tad patchy whilst I was there but when at Denham, stuff the TV. Internet speed was good - could stream from spotify and youtube with no issues or pauses. Check-in and check-out was a breezy affair. Parking was ample. Oh, the view of the sunset from the establishment was extraordinary!! Wished I had managed to snag a beachfront chalet (next time!). Tara was an absolute delight to talk to. A million thanks for keeping my charger!!

I do wish Tripadvisor had a ”good” category, which is how I would rate these apartments.” Average” seems a bit mean. It would seem as if they struggle with staffing - we were there two days and never saw the reception open. Fair enough, the key was in the door of the room when we arrived but it is nice to be welcomed and perhaps have a chance to look at pamphlets about opportunities in the area (we could see these through the door to reception but they were totally inaccessible.) I believe the unreasonable check out time was probably also due to staffing - I don't think we've ever been expected to out by 9 O'clock before. The room itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The only slight drawback was the design of the very narrow bathroom. Our room was a beachfront apartment but we wouldn't really recommend it. You are right beside the road (with a much used parking lot opposite) and people are walking past a few feet from the window. You can't draw the curtains right back (as promoted in the property's photos) unless you are prepared for no privacy whatsoever. There is, though, a really lovely area to sit in the grounds outside which faces the sea and there are plenty of other seating areas, too. On hindsight, we would choose a room away from the front and instead enjoy relaxing in the communal outside space.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 1PM from Carnarvon with a rental car. I used the lockbox to access my named letter with the key to our prepaid accommodation. Villa #9, entered through the patio’s sliding glass door, was clean, tilled and spacious with everything one could need including a fully outfitted kitchen(gas stove/oven & full sized refrigerator), a small bathroom with a stall shower/fan and a bedroom with a comfortable queen. Two small bars of soap and dishwashing liquid were provided. The older wall AC unit was not needed, the secure WIFI was average and the washing machine/laundry tub was nice. On the negative side; the only frying pan was very large and misshapen, the kitchen fan was too noisy to use, it was difficult to read with limited living room light and the TV had lots of channels but was small. The location is outstanding. Walking along the bayfront, its 1 block south to the IGA and 1 block north to the Discovery Center.

Excellent lighted paved pathways from building to building, to the pools, the dolphin talk area and the the restaurants. Delightful warm welcoming staff from all over the world. The best meals we had in our month long Australia holiday. We loved our beach view room where I could see the dolphins passing by several times a day. Emus met us when we arrived at the resort and wandered around like gawky greeters. They fascinated us Canadians. Three regrets, we had only 2 nights here wish it had been longer, secondly that we couldn't booked the aboriginal evening experience which was sold out in advance during our stay. Thirdly, wish it was closer to Canada for regular return visits. Loved it. Especially the emus.

Beach front. Very clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Walking distance to IGA and cafes. Amazing shower. Quiet town. would love to stay here again. Good budget option for families. Kids had a nice time.
