La Posada del Mar

The hotel's location on the harbour of Dénia is central and great. It is perfect to explore the town and the harbour on foot. The hotel is very well maintained and decorated inside very nicely with a lot of love. You can drive in front of the hotel and unload your luggage for a short time. The reception was very friendly. We got the card to park the car in the hotel's private car park nearby. When we were back at the reception, we were surprised to receive an upgrade to Suite 405. Upon entering the suite, the impression was breathtaking. From the living room over the huge terrace, you can see the harbour and the wide ocean at your feet. The living room, the dining area and the bedroom form a large room, which is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is of the highest and new quality. The bathroom features a free-standing bathtub and a large walk-in shower. The terrace that surrounds the suite "L-shaped" offers two comfortable sun loungers, a sitting lounge, a large table with 6 chairs and a Jacuzzi. We were just flashed. As people who have travelled a lot, we have never experienced the fact that a free upgrade even includes a bottle of champagne chilled on ice. We would certainly have been very happy with our booked junior suite but this was actually a big surprise. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel for this great feel-good experience.

Fantasically charming little hotel overlooking yes, a busy street, but the water/port right on the other side. We loved the interior, spacious room, balcony and above all it's simplicity and cleanliness! The hair dryer and clothing steamer plus closet space were a huge plus. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Denia!

2 nt stay to break up our holiday in calpe. Oh such a beautiful hotel, in great location. Amazing building, lovely receptionist and staff.superb room with lovely toiletries. Dressing gowns and slippers, fluffy towels. cannot find a fault. Breakfast very good. Loved it, highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in Denia. One block back is the old fisherman's quarter with traditional bars and restaurants. Town centre and beaches are a short walk away. Make sure you book a room with a balcony overlooking the marina. The reception areas on the ground floor are some of the best I have ever seen, with archeological displays, plenty of comfortable seating, and a good library. Our room had a minibar, huge TV, very efficient aircon and bathrobes. There was a table and chairs on the balcony for drinks and nibbles. Staff at reception and room servicing were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Excellant hotel. Beautiful architecture, great room with lovely views over marina. Central location with lots of restaurants around. beautifully furnished, lovely staff. Super breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We were here last year for ten days and were pleased to be greeted so friendly by the front desk reception and given the same lovely spacious room as before. Close to the harbor yet super clean, and quiet with old-school elegance. Thank you for accommodating us by booking directly even though it showed full on ***********

Fabulous hotel - excellent location and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious, with little treats such as slippers and gummy bears 😊 The lobby is gorgeous, with cosy rooms for relaxing, reading etc. Will definitely be back!
