We at the hotel and got checked in and they gave us an upgrade to a suite. Very nice of them. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival at 2:35 ( I am aware this is before ck-in which is at 3) there was no one around. Phone ringing, no one at front desk. Was very strange. We waited until 250 then left. When we came back at 315 thwre was one lady cking in everyone that was arriving. The bedding (sheets and pillows) were not the best but mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. It was very quiet and in a great location.

Nice Hotel--a bit hard to get to but nothing horrible. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay-- self serve waffles, cereal, hot served eggs and sausage, Juice and Milk. I think they also had yogurt.

Hotel never released my deposit. I had to go up there myself and speak to the manager to get it released two weeks later. Manager wasn’t helpful or friendly.

This place is a joke, poorly managed and indifferent employees, Perfect place to stay if you want a miserable time. Have left messages for the manager to contact me and have heard nothing. I give up. I have never been treated in such a rude and condescending manner.

The front desk staff were professional and personable. The room was very clean. The motel is not 5 minutes from highway exit.
