We travel in hotels monthly and this was the first time ever that as a family of four with 2 queen beds we could not have even 2 extra pillows. The AC screeched all not long and one of my children did not sleep that night. Plumbing was bad, no drain on tub so my children could not take a bath. No conditioner in dispenser, enough soap for 1 persons shower. Tried to go to the market for snacks for my kids and it was almost completely empty. Bought a microwave mac and cheese for my daughter and asked for a fork and was told "We don't have any." For $160 this is extremely disappointing. Will never stay at any Hilton Garden Inn again.

Took over 2 hours to check including 45 mins on phone with ******* trying to get good confirmation number for hotel. Didn't get room that i reserved on-line, room had old chicken nuggets on floor from past guest.

The shower only had cold water. Room service only tidy up part of the room and just leave the rest.
