Herşey güzeldi ancak. Çift yatak yerine birleştirilmiş iki adet tek kişilik yatak olduğundan dolayı ortada kocaman bir kanal vardı bu açıdan rahat edemedik

Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me

konum olarak gittim her itibariyle iyi bir otel. Fakat yemek ve personel hakında yapılanma yapılabilir. Odalar temiz ferah hijyen açısından çok güzel. Personel tamamı değil ama loca bar da bir garson ki oda bence bu otelin tanım ve yüzü olur. Tamamı ile ilgi ve yaklaşım super ama çevre ekip arkadaslari bireysel konuşma sesleri sanki bir otelde değiliz gibi orada olan başarili hizmeti golgeliyor. 1hafta kaldık inanirmisiniz arkadaşın vardiya saati gelsin diye düşündük diyebiliriz. Personel şef veya Müdür bu konuşmaların acaba kaçını duruyor veya uyarida bulunuyor. Biz işletme fakültesi menzunlari alarak ilgimizi çekmiyor değil. Yemekler lezzeti belirli belirsiz ! Ama bu bantda konum olarak tek bir otel olarak siz varsaniz tavsiyem citayi yükselmenin zamanı gelmiş geçiyor. Gece loca indimiz zaman resepsiyon arkadaş ve belboy arkadaş sanki bizi manav dükkanina gelmiş gibi karşılama tavrını veriyolar. Yapılanma ve Vizyon şart. Kaliteli Personel daima sizi yüksektir. Bu da iyi bir yönetici ve işletme sahibinden geçer. Nacizane tavsiyemiz. Ama Otelininiz Rahat dinlenmek ve Tatil yapmak içinse benim hep 1 Numarali tercim olacaktır Teşekkürler.

Oda kalitesi iyi, klima iyi çalışıyor. Hizmet oldukça yavaş. 16.00’da teslim alacağımız odayı 18.00’de ancak teslim alabildik. Ancak İğneada koşullarındaki en iyi otel olduğunu es geçemeyiz. Yemekler kaliteli. İnsanlar barışçıl. Canlı müzik mevcut ve oldukça eğlenceli. Hem havuz, hem de deniz otelin hemen önünde ve çok çok temiz.

Is an all inclusive but you need to pay for alcohol, They sent an message saying we will have included some activities on the sea (none of them available) spa was closed.. 1% of the staff speak english.. not even close to a 5 stars. Was expecting something better for an 5 stars hotel.

On rezervasyon odemesi yapmayın haklı gerekceniz olsa bile asla yardımcı olmuyorlar Oteleme bile yapmıyorlar Sakın on rezervasyon odemesi yapmayın!!!!!!!!!! Otelde oncesinde 1 kez konaklama yaptım Sırf konum dolayısıyla tercih ettim Hiç bir düzeltme yapmamışlar Ustune ustluk ön rezervasyon ücretinin üzerine yatmaları ve asla yardımcı olmamaları son nokta oldu

Yemekler ve tatlılar genel olarak çok başarısız. Çalışanlar tecrübesiz ve hizmet kaliteleri düşük. Otelin konumu harika, otel kendisi çok güzel. Çalışanlar hijyen konusunda dikkatsiz. Sürekli elektrik kesintisi yaşanıyor, görevlilerin vermiş olduğu bilgiler İğneada genelinde yaşanıyormuş.
Herşey dahil konsept olmasına rağmen yerli alkolü içkiler ekstraya giriyor. Umarım en yakın zamanda yetkililer aksiyon alırlar.

Malesef biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşattı . Hava şartları biraz kötü olduğundan bu oteli tercih ettik kapalı havuz hamam vs var diye . Otele gittiğimizde kapalı havuzun tadilatta olduğunu söylediler telefonla teyit etmemize rağmen biz gittiğimizde hava çok serin olduğu için üşüdük fakat ısıtma çalışmıyor dediler ve malesef baya üşüdük yorganı bile Zor aldık restorant hizmetleri iyiydi . Bölge olarak harika bi yer fakat biz konaklamada problem yaşadık biraz
