Then we were taken to our room: it had no air conditioning, which resulted in a constant smell of moisture, in addition to very unpleasant moisture. I think it is dangerous to stay in this atmosphere several nights, especially for young children. In addition, the materials used in the bathroom are not of quality: the washing machine is not well fluided and the toilets evacuate the fluids through a hole located next to it, not below ... I let you imagine the problem. The breakfast was good, but no more, just industrial products. The swimming pool was not accessible, but I can't complain about it, it's just the beginning of the season. The location is very good, I can't remove it from them. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.

I love where this hotel is located very beautiful scenery in morning, you can walk to Pamukkale(middle gate) just only less than 10minutes.Staff is helpful,he told me about tourist attractions, he shown the map of Pamukkale,tried to explain to me which is the best way to get there since I arrived(I think that’s lovely).Breakfast is not variety but it made me feel like home, I really enjoy! Owner also gave my mom a pomegranate for free.Thank you so much!

Местоположение хорошее. Сама деревушка маленькая, бедная. Среди такого найти достойную гостиницу не просто. Питание на завтраке не как в отелеях на побережье, но все же лучше, чем ничего. Фрукты, овощи, суп, омлет - все есть. Детям и сухие завтраки и молоко тоже есть. В остальное время по меню можно заказывать еду. Ценник приемлемый. Салат 75лир, Порция мяса 120-170. В самом номере есть то, что уже можно отремонтировать, но это не критично. Белье чистое, тапочки, полотенца, халаты, фен (но слабый) Вода в номере при заезде бесплатная. Рядом магазины, небольшой супермаркет на дороге. Можно купить воду, шоколадки/конфетки, напитки, детское питание, взрослое питание)). До Памуккале 5 мин на машине.

I think the owners/caretakers also live in the building as when I checked in there were kids lying all over the lounge and running around, wasn't an issue at check in but were really noisy into the evening kicking balls at my room walls and making general noise until 10 -11pm when I thought they may have been in bed. None the less check in was fast and the guy was friendly and told me about the area. He did also arrange a hotel transfer for me, but I found it difficult to pay, trying to do a few times and was told eftpos wasn't working. I spoke to his wife and it was fine again. I would suggest to have cash just to make things easier. Room was nice and clean and looked into nicely kept gardens and pool. Was raining so I didn't get to use it, but looked clean and inviting. Bed was comfy and clean too. Decent value for the room and location really. Location is really good, walking distance to the Travertines and restaurants/shops. Keep in mind places close earlier here than the rest.

The minibus driver told us to stay outside the yard. The owner was waiting for us outside. The one-bedroom and one-living room house was very spacious. You can see Pamukkale from the living room. I heard that we could see hot air balloons in the morning, but unfortunately the weather was bad. The owner was really enthusiastic. He only learned English for 5 months, but he tried his best to help. He booked the departure ticket and helped solve the problem... The king of value for money in the hotel on this trip to Turkey... We enjoyed staying at the Napa Otel. Located near the train and bus stations, we were able to enjoy shopping and eating in town while making a day trip to Pamukkale/ Hierapolis. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety and always well stocked.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioner worked was great, and the wi-fi worked uninterruptedly. It we were back in Denizli, we would stay again. Tip: you can take a dolmos bus from the bus station. Bay no. 76. Great way to get to Pamukkale. Go in and out from the north gate. There is a pick-up from South Gate, but you have to walk through town. Better to double it through Hierapolis.

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

Nice hotel and staff, we were satisfied. However, we don't know if it was a mosquito or something else, but we were itching all night. Maybe it could be detergent allergy, maybe it could be tiny bed pets. It is also useful to pay attention.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, and the airport bus will take a taxi after arriving at the station! The hotel is well equipped and the rooms are very clean!
