We stayed for one night because we had a wedding to go to, and I wanted to find a reasonably priced but still decent hotel. This hotel was so much better than I even thought! Our room and especially our bathroom was spotless, and we got a suite which I wasn’t aware of, and it was cheaper than most other hotels on the cape. Staff was very nice also! Would definitely stay in this hotel again! I only wish we had the time to utilize the indoor and outdoor pools, they looked clean and well maintained. Thank you Ambassador Inn for a great experience!

Spent 2 nights over Fathers Day weekend. Front desk staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was nicely appointed and spotless. The outdoor pool area was nice and the entire area was relatively quiet considering the location (right on Route 28). The continental breakfast was better than most; an assortment of muffins and fruit, and there was even batter and a machine to make Belgian waffles.

Rooms are updated, bed is comfy, facilities are very clean including the pool. We have a very very large group, over 150 people and everyone had a great experience. Thank you to the employees for putting up with all of us 😊

The place is very clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating. Every time we stay we note that some improvements are made to the inn. This time, new wallpaper.

We had a hotel block at the Ambassador for our wedding in April 2024. All of our guests said that they enjoyed their time in the Ambassador -- it was great value, the rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the location was great. The only negative thing we heard (and we had almost 100 people staying there) was that there is no elevator. But aside from that, our guests were very happy with the Ambassador. Dave and the rest of the staff were very easy to work with to set up the hotel block, too.

Kids running the halls and screaming late into the night after the pool closed. Staff needs to get on top of this, especially in a hotel where you can hear a pin drop. Not all of us stay up until midnight.
