We stopped at your hotel on the first night of a long drive from Canada to Tampa Fl. for a cruise.
We were welcomed at arrival and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. As always, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff member in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

Holes in the bed sheets, dirty floors, face prints on the window, peeling paint, mold in the shower. Oh, and they tried to charge me $75 for a pet fee that is only listed as $35 on *******. Thanks to ******* for resolving the situation, but unhappy with Holiday Inn.

Have stayed here many, many times. Usually a good experience. Other than the massive amount of ants coming out of the bathroom sink in Room 519, everything was pretty good. Check in staff seemed a little new, so it took a while to get checked in. Very friendly though. Hotel was pretty crowded Friday night, but it was still quiet and the breakfast room was not crowded the next morning. Omelets and sausage were good.
